Delivery

All prices include 24% VAT. Delivery is charged at checkout according to the destination and the size of the piece.

Standard items (lamps, candle holders, side tables, 45 cm pedestal)

Heavy items (coffee table, 60 cm pedestal, floor lamp, bottle stand)

Pieces are dispatched from Tallinn within 2–4 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days within Estonia, 2–4 to Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, and 4–8 elsewhere in the EU. You will receive tracking by email. Heavy items are delivered to the building entrance; tell us in the order notes if there are stairs without a lift.

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within the 14 days, then send the item back within a further 14 days, in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging. We refund the price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Return shipping is paid by you. As a guide, returning a standard item costs about €5–€15 within Estonia and €15–€40 from elsewhere in the EU; returning a heavy item by courier costs about €40–€60 within Estonia and €90–€160 from elsewhere in the EU. We can also arrange the return courier for you and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

Teak root is a natural material: every piece differs in shape, grain and colour from the photographs, and small cracks and voids are part of the material. These are not defects. Damage in transit or a fault in the piece is covered by the two-year legal guarantee; contact us with photographs within a few days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at our cost.
